INTERNET OF THINGS-HISTORY
The key main impetus behind the Internet of things is the MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor
field-impact transistor, or MOS transistor), which was initially developed in
1959 by Mohamed M. Atalla and Dawon Kahng at Bell Labs .
The expression "Web
of things" was likely begat by Kevin Ashton of Procter and Gamble, later
MIT's Auto-ID Center, in 1999,where he inclines toward the expression "Web
for things". By then, he saw radio-recurrence distinguishing proof (RFID) as
basic to the Internet of things, which would enable PCs to deal with every
single individual thing.
